We work as hard managing your expectations as we do keeping your facility clean. You’ll know exactly what to expect from us every step of the way.
Our on-the-ground managers and supervisors routinely perform inspections so that you can be sure we’re delivering the same level of exceptional service that we deliver to all of our clients. You’ll have access to these daily and weekly reports after each inspection. The inspections receive a numerical score, and we’ll correct any issues if the score is below an 80. Not only that, but we’ll perform the same inspection within 24 hours.
Transparency You Can Rely On
You can be as involved in the process as you want to be. We’ll provide reports to offer transparency and visibility so we can operate on a not-to-interfere basis. We use our reports to review what is and isn’t working regardless of how involved you choose to be.
We take ownership of issues or problems in situations where some might not assume responsibility. This is true even if there are maintenance or safety issues that fall outside the scope of work. Why do we do this? Because we might be in your facilities more than you and believe it’s our responsibility to be your eyes and ears.
